The 2026 NFL free agency period is moving fast, many big names are taken, and teams are shifting focus toward the draft. Not all remaining free agents carry the same weight in Dynasty Fantasy Football. Many signings register as minor blips on the value radar. However, a select group are capable of significant team improvement depending on their new role, quarterback situation, or offensive scheme.

Check out our complete Dynasty rankings to see our full rankings. These 5 remaining free agents stand out as players whose Dynasty value could swing the most.

WR Jauan Jennings

A productive player when on the field, Jauan Jennings is the most intriguing offensive free agent. His 2025 season showed career-high production with 55 receptions on 90 targets for 643 yards (11.7 YPC) and 9 touchdowns across 15 games. A physical, contested catch specialist with red zone reliability, he is very appealing for teams looking to improve their receiving corps. His current dynasty profile makes him an undervalued, high-floor stash with realistic upside so long as he lands with the right team.

Turning 29 in July, Jennings is entering his prime window. Despite the 49ers signing Mike Evans, Jennings’ best season could still be ahead. Current consensus rankings place him as WR55-63 overall. Jennings is WR46 in my Dynasty rankings, due to his lack of consistency in the 49ers’ offense.

Best Landing Spots:

  • Washington Commanders
  • Tennessee Titans
  • Indianapolis Colts

Worst Landing Spots:

  • Return to San Francisco 49ers
  • New York Giants
  • Las Vegas Raiders

My favorite landing spot for Jennings is the Washington Commanders. Deebo Samuel’s departure vacates 99 targets, and Jennings would be a nice complimentary piece to Terry McLaurin and hopefully Jayden Daniels remains healthy.

My least favorite landing spot for Jennings would be re-signing with the 49ers as they signed Mike Evans. Pearsall could emerge if he can stay healthy, but most of the offense flows through Kittle and McCaffrey. Which has capped Jennings’ upside.

Dynasty Value Swing:

Could rise to WR24/36 territory if he starts; or fall to WR50/60 range.

WR Stefon Diggs

Stefon Diggs, a veteran Dynasty stash at age 32 (turns 33 in November) is declining with New England in 2025 he recorded 85 receptions for 1,013 yards and 4 touchdowns. This was better than expected after his torn ACL with the Texans in 2024. However, his tenure ended abruptly with a release due to a high $26.5M cap hit and off-field legal issues potentially impacting playing time in 2026. Unsigned in late March 2026 free agency, Diggs is looking to sign with his third team in 3 years. He is a productive player, provided he is only around for one season and avoids locker-room issues. Those concerns make him a high variance buy-low candidate in dynasty leagues.

Diggs is currently valued as a low cost WR3/flex (listed as a WR57-WR58 in consensus ranking) but ranked as low as WR70-71. My dynasty ranking for Diggs is WR47, but if he lands in another favorable spot like the Patriots in 2025, he could move up into my top 36 receivers.

Best Landing Spots:

  • Baltimore Ravens
  • Kansas City Chiefs
  • Miami Dolphins

Worst Landing Spots:

  • Dallas Cowboys
  • New York Jets
  • Pittsburgh Steelers

My favorite, and most likely, landing spot for Stefon Diggs is the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens are famous for bringing in veteran receivers to provide offensive depth. A savvy route runner,  Diggs is a nice complement to Flowers and Bateman. He also provides Lamar Jackson a reliable target to keep the chains moving.

My least favorite landing spot for Stefon Diggs is the Dallas Cowboys. They have no immediate need at receiver with CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, Ryan Flournoy and KeVontae Turpin.

Dynasty Value Swing:

Could rise to WR36 territory or fall to WR60 range.

TE David Njoku

David Njoku is a solid dynasty TE2 stash with TE1 upside in the right spot. He announced he is not returning to the Browns for the 2026 season, entering free agency after a down season hampered by injuries. He finished 2025 with 33 receptions on 48 targets for 293 yards and 4 touchdowns over 12 games (his lowest output since 2020). The drop was primarily due to injuries. However, the emergence of rookie TE Harold Fannin Jr. played a part as well. Njoku’s athleticism 1) allows him to put up strong YAC numbers, and 2) makes him a red zone mismatch. Past flashes keep him relevant, but his injury history suppressed his free agent market and Dynasty value, making him a buy-low candidate as a featured TE1.

David Njoku is currently ranked in the low end TE2 range with a consensus ranking of TE23-26 range. Which is below where I have him currently ranked as the TE17. However, if he lands in the right spot Njoku still has the talent to be a top 10 TE.

Best Landing Spots:

  • Miami Dolphins
  • Baltimore Ravens
  • Atlanta Falcons

Worst Landing Spots:

  • Kansas City Chiefs
  • Denver Broncos
  • Pittsburgh Steelers

My favorite landing spot for David Njoku is the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins are cleaning house and could use a 9-year veteran playmaker like Njoku as a safety blanket for new starting quarterback Malik Willis.

My least favorite landing spot for Njoku is the Denver Broncos. Njoku would be a rotational tight end which caps his upside as the Broncos brought Adam Trautman back and still have Evan Engram under contract.

Dynasty Value Swing:

Njoku could rise into the top 10 territory or fall into the TE25 range.

WR Deebo Samuel

Deebo Samuel is a versatile, high variance dynasty asset whose value has stabilized in the mid to late WR3 range following a modest 2025 season with 72 receptions on 99 targets for 727 yards, 5 receiving touchdowns, coupled with 17 carries for 75 yards and 1 rushing touchdown in 16 games played. His role in Washington's offense included gadget plays and rushing upside, but volume was down from peak 49ers years due to scheme and Jayden Daniels sidelined out for most of the season.

At 30, his dynasty stock reflects a shift from elite WR1 upside to reliable WR2/flex with boom potential in the right landing spot. His upside includes strong hands, substantial YAC ability, and lethal red zone weapon. Downsides include age and injury history (hamstring and shoulder issues) which cap his long-term ceiling. Consensus has him ranked at WR63, ranked between WR55 and WR84. I have Samuel ranked as WR50 in my Dynasty rankings. He's a depth piece or trade target for contenders betting on a rebound.

Best Landing Spots:

  • San Francisco 49ers
  • Baltimore Ravens
  • Atlanta Falcons

Worst Landing Spots:

  • Buffalo Bills
  • Carolina Panthers
  • New York Jets

My favorite landing spot for Samuel would be a reunion with the 49ers due to 1) his familiarity with Shannahan’s scheme, 2) they need some depth at receiver with Juaun Jennings being a free agent, 3) and the uncertainty around Brandon Aiyuk.

My least favorite landing spot for Samuel would be the Buffalo Bills since they acquired DJ Moore who would be used in a similar fashion. Also, the Bills are a run first offense despite having Josh Allen as their quarterback.

Dynasty Value Swing:

Could rise to WR30 territory or fall to WR70 to WR80 range.

QB Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers is a high risk, short-term Dynasty player in late March 2026. He's unsigned amid ongoing retirement speculation and stalled talks with Pittsburgh, where he played a competent but limited 2025 with efficient passing, low rushing, mid QB2 production. His arm talent, quick release, and experience offer low end QB2 upside in Superflex/2QB formats. If he returns as a starter, he is a potential QB20-30 range with safe floors in good offenses. At age 42 his ceiling is severely limited, making him a desperation player in 1QB leagues, unless you play in a deep league or have rules that weigh quarterback position more heavily. We know Rodgers will take his sweet time deciding if he still wants to play in 2026.

Dynasty managers treat him as a low-cost QB3/4 with QB2 upside if he signs as a starter. Based on consensus rankings he is ranked as QB35 with a range of QB28-QB36. I have Aaron Rodgers ranked as QB32, a little higher than consensus. His value is capped by his age and uncertainty, making him a buy low for superflex or deep league 1 QB league contenders.

Best Landing Spots:

  • Pittsburgh Steelers
  • Minnesota Vikings
  • Atlanta Falcons

Worst Landing Spots:

  • Cleveland Browns
  • New York Jets
  • Las Vegas Raiders

My favorite landing spot for Rodgers is reuniting with the Pittsburgh Steelers. They hired his former coach Mike McCarthy, he already knows the offensive scheme, and the Steelers added a new weapon in Michael Pittman.

My least favorite landing spot for Rodgers is the Las Vegas Raiders. They are rebuilding, and with their first pick in 2026 they will select Fernando Mendoza as their quarterback of the future. The offensive line and weapons for Rodgers in Vegas aren’t great either.

Dynasty Value Swing:

Could rise to top 24 territory or fall to QB40 range.

Final Thoughts

The 2026 NFL free agency period is winding down, but the remaining unsigned players which carry significant potential to reshape Dynasty landscapes include Jauan Jennings, Stefon Diggs, David Njoku, Deebo Samuel, and Aaron Rodgers. Not every late signing moves the needle, but these five veterans exemplify how one well-timed landing spot can unlock new tiers, create buy-low opportunities, or force re-evaluations in your league.

Free agency may be quiet now, but one deal can change everything. Make your moves wisely as the values that swing hardest often reveal themselves when the dust finally settles. Here's to turning uncertainty into dynasty dominance in 2026 and beyond.
