How to Add Players and Picks to a Trade
Choose your league type, team count, scoring, salary cap, and mode. Then search for players or picks for Team A and Team B.

In Contract League mode, enter each player's salary and years left so the calculator can weigh contract value and risk. Dynasty mode ignores salary and compares values directly.

Each side updates as you add assets. Player cards show trade value, asset tier, and contract indicators.

Trade Fairness Meter
The meter slides toward the side getting more adjusted value. Balanced trades stay near the center, and the percentage split shows each side's share. The fairness tolerance changes based on the size of a trade, so a high value trade that is off by a second-round pick may be fair (within the margin of error), while a small one off by the same margin may show as very lopsided.

Trade packages are discounted for multiple depth players, too many players at the same position and overpaid contracts.

Adjusted Trade Score
Every player/draft pick is assigned a baseline numeric value. Trade values are calculated using the following factors:
- Player historical fantasy performance and value above replacement.
- Age
- Injury history
- Position scarcity and number of starters
- 3-5 year outlook using player upside, team fit, depth chart position, and NFL contract situation
- Dynasty ranking tiers

Draft picks are valued based on the expected value that the pick will produce over the next 5 years based on historical draft pick experience.

Additional adjustments are made to the trade score:
- The number of assets involved in a trade. For example, multiple 5th round picks are not additive.
-The number of players at the same position (the 5th mid-tier WR discounted at a higher rate than the 3rd mid-tier WR in a trade).
- The amount a player is overpaid or underpaid compared to their expected/fair salary.

The tool is built to recognize legitimate consolidation trades, such as multiple strong starters or stars for one elite player, while reducing the impact of low-end filler assets added only to inflate a trade package.

Once your trade is built, use the Download Trade Card button to create a clean, shareable image of the trade results. The trade card includes both teams, the assets involved, each side’s adjusted trade value, the overall verdict, and the trade balance score.
